Google API went my first tutorial yesterday and with it I saw some things cools but I was hoping more. I think that the speaker had to be more dynamic and expressive too. But I gave the discount because I had to install many things in my new computer :D to keeping pass by pass.
After this the convention gave a lunch, a sandwich lunch :( whit black tee and water, the dessert (cake) was good.
Then my expectation gone to my second tutorial, Internet Programming with Python, for me the title not correspond with a real title because since when the tutorial started the speaker just talked about the python architecture with the internet, he sad things about Client/Server, Socket, Connection and more. This titles are rocks but in this moment I hoped a tutorial like internet programming with python for developers and not architects. A good example to show my second tutorial for you is… to read I read in my home!!
I think if I understand more about python architecture this tutorial will be good, because I would be ask many things and the speaker could be show many other subjects.
In the python tutorial pause I moved and I went to watch other one and this went a good decision because the other lecture was excellent, the subject was Smalltalk.
I like smalltalk tutorial where we used the seaside and webvelocity framework. Is easier and dynamic to create a application and a web component with simples clicks. In that moment I thought… the webvelocity is rocks, it debug and you exchange many things in real time and both application and html browser gave update with some clicks.
For now… that is it!!
